I have sold many homes over the years. Jim Is one of the best in regards to knowledge, patience and negotiation skills. He has helped me sell homes in Pennsylvania and also helped me with several investment properties in Florida! I highly recommend him!

We met Jim through another agent in another part of the state who had shared with us that Jim was one of the best in the business and the "leading agent in the area". After my wife and I had the opportunity to meet Jim and work with him, those comments were grossly understated! We felt an immediate connection to Jim because he took the time to truly understand our situation, our needs, our preferences, the reasons we were looking to make a move, etc. His knowledge of the market was unlike anything we have ever seen before, which proved incredibly beneficial as we finally found what we were looking for. One of the things that impressed us the most was that he wasn't afraid to share his true thoughts/feelings and tell us what we needed to hear......which not only was greatly appreciated, but ultimately helped us make the right decisions. Jim was very responsive to us whenever we had a question or needed some guidance on something, and about as professional of person as there is! One final thing that truly was the "icing on the cake": Well after we were living in our home, Jim came back to us and helped us immensely in dealing with a sticky situation in ways that I don't think anyone would have expected! We were absolutely blown away......it was important to him that we were happy and well-taken care of. A true professional and gentleman that we would highly recommend to anyone!

Jim helped us sell our house in Ephrata after it neglected to sell for over a year. He was given a challenge, since houses that sit on the market for that long have tenancies to draw bad opinions on them. Our house sold in the first month he had it listed on the marked. If you do your research Jim is one of the top selling agents in PA. There is a reason for it. He was very attentive and stayed on top of the other agents who showed the house to get you useful feedback. He didn't wait for the show time app to post the feedback, he called you. When you call his sales office and ask to meet or speak with Jim Pappas, you will get him and not be handed over to another agent on his team unless that is what you requested.
