I've known Jim Pappas for 10+ years and tell everyone I know to call him to get their house sold. He sold our last two homes in less than 1 week, one in 2006 and one in 2013. On our last sell/buy, both our home buyers and new home seller were difficult to say the least, but Jim negotiated and it all worked out. I feel for his family because he seems to always be available to call you back so quickly, day or night, weekdays or weekends! Jim's most beneficial trait is he will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. Jim is successful to a point where he is not desperate to sell you just any house, or sell your house for just any amount. If you want truth and a trusted advisor for an agent, call Jim!
