Jim Pappas is a tremendous buyer's agent. I've worked with numerous realtors in the past, to buy and sell homes, in the Lancaster area, Washington, DC, and NYC, and Jim shines far above any I've encountered. His knowledge of the local market is deep. After investing considerable time showing me properties, answering emails, culling listings, he ultimately advised me to wait to make a purchase until my circumstances become more predictable (may have to relocate out of the area due to employment.) This is strong testament to Jim's commitment to helping me make a good financial decision. When appropriate, he helped me cut through the intial excitement over a property to analyze the basic factors that make a house the best fit for my needs. At all times I felt like he put my interests first. He's very professional, easy to talk to, and extremely responsive. I can't recommend him enough.
