Jim helped us sell our house in Ephrata after it neglected to sell for over a year. He was given a challenge, since houses that sit on the market for that long have tenancies to draw bad opinions on them. Our house sold in the first month he had it listed on the marked. If you do your research Jim is one of the top selling agents in PA. There is a reason for it. He was very attentive and stayed on top of the other agents who showed the house to get you useful feedback. He didn't wait for the show time app to post the feedback, he called you. I wish I would of started with Jim but hopefully if you read this you will take my advise and won't make my same mistakes. Thanks Jim!
